Our History
Our founder, Jessica Rasdall, is no stranger to helping business owners scale with speaking. She’s been in the business of speaking for 18 years and has supported thousands of speakers with coaching, presentation development, and mentoring. Not to mention speaking, hosting a successful podcast, and her own in-person retreats, too.
But speaker brand management services? That wasn’t always part of the game plan.
At the end of 2023, Jess and her team began offering some of her coaching clients done-for-you speaker support. It went so well that, in a matter of months, this one-off service evolved into The Speak to Scale Agency you see today.

Jessica Rasdall
Founder, CEO, and Speaker Manager
As a professional speaker, best-selling author, and host of The Speak to Scale Podcast, Jessica helps small business owners scale their business (and impact) from the stage.
Through The Speak to Scale Agency, Jessica puts her years of experience speaking, coaching, and mentoring to work as a Speaker Manager.
As an agency client, you’ll get to work with Jessica on presentation development, strategy, coaching, and more.
When she’s not supporting business owners or speaking on stage herself, you can find Jess gardening, raising chickens, and living her best suburban homesteading life.
Chelsea Hudson
Publicist
Chelsea Hudson is a seasoned publicist with over a decade of experience in the public relations industry. She has a proven track record of enhancing brand and leadership visibility through strategic communication strategies and successfully managing the public images of diverse clients, including entrepreneurs, authors, and C-suite executives.
She’s worked for notable brands, including Yahoo, TechCrunch, Bankrate, The Points Guy, Goodyear, and MTV. Her work has led to numerous high-profile media placements in top-tier publications such as The Today Show, Entrepreneur, CNBC, Business Insider, Fast Company, Homes and Gardens, Real Simple, and more.
Chelsea graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Liberal Arts, majoring in Communication and Information, and a Master's in Communication and Information Studies (MCIS). When she's not working, Chelsea enjoys traveling, listening to Taylor Swift, or riding her Peleton!
Catalina Rasdall
Opportunity Scout & Event Support
Catalina is a dynamic and seasoned communications professional with three years of hands-on experience in the realm of public relations and marketing. With a passion for crafting compelling narratives and engaging content, Catalina has honed her skills through diverse roles in both corporate and freelance environments. Catalina has lended her expertise to small businesses through PR endeavors. Working closely with entrepreneurs, she has provided tailored communication strategies to effectively position their brands in competitive markets.
When she is not at the office, you can find Catalina taking her Dachshunds to Topsail Beach, volunteering at a turtle hospital, and studying hard to complete her master's degree in public relations.
Erin Hammond
Virtual Assistant
As a virtual assistant with four years of experience, specializing in executive support, operations, and task management, Erin helps keep everything organized behind the scenes so her clients can focus on serving their clients.
She has a Master’s Degree in marketing from Texas A&M University and owns Circle E Studios, a virtual assistant services company, so Erin understands exactly how to support her clients through the day-to-day of owning a small business. With her attention to detail, love of organization, and passion for serving others, she’s basically your wing-woman for all things business.
When she’s not working, she loves traveling, taking walks with her dog Bogey and her son, and working on her sourdough baking skills.
